Hello,
I was surfing the net when my mouse suddenly disappeared. I restarted my PC for the first time, everything rebooted fine, but the mouse disappeared again. It was when I restarted a second time that a black screen appeared with the following message: initializing intel (R) boot agent version 4.0.22
PXE 2.1 build 083 (WFM2.0), RPL V2.73
Can someone please help me?
Thank you
Magali

Hello TKATCHEV,
I found it.
The setting needs to be adjusted in the BIOS.
In Integrated Peripherals.
You should have something like On Chip Lan, leave it enabled.
And just below you should have another setting Boot Lan.
You disable it and you're good to go.
See you later

You're a champ, I had the same issue on an industrial PC today.
Your post took a huge weight off my shoulders.
THANK YOU...
