Bonjour, J'ai suivi les messages précédents correspondant à mon cas et enregistré le rapport de Navifix que je joins à mon message. Je précise que je dispose d'un PC HP Quad 2,4 avec 3 G de mémoire Ram et carte graphique nvidia 8500 GT. Malgré cela mon PC est lent, surtout sur Internet. Merci infiniment de me dépanner. J'ai lancé Navipromo mais il m'est répondu que le logiciel n'est pas encore compatible avec mon navigateur et je n'ai pu l'ouvrir. Qu dois-je faire ?

Je joins les rapports Hijack et AVIscan. Le rapport Antivir indique: "aucune détection".

Bonjour jlpjlp. J'ai donc refait Hijack dont ci-dessous rapport. Avant de supprimer Spyware terminator j'ai lancé une recherche. Résultat: "Aucun objet détecté". Même chose avec Search and Destroy et même résultat. La seule chose qui reste est la suite de n° qui apparait lorsque je clique sur Internet Explorer.

Veille à ce que le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit désactivé.
Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 2
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais-le toi-même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaître
Réactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC)

PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Cela te fera apparaître ton bureau

Bonjour jlpjlp.Réponse à ton dernier mail. J'ai supprimé Crawler de mon ordi. J'ai ensuite exécuté Navilogl don voici le rapport. Reste toujours la succession de chiffres lorsque je clique su Internet Explorer, puis, dernière nouveauté: mon ordinateur ne s'éteint plus.

Internet Explorer: Je n'ai plus cette série de chiffres qui apparait: tout semble O.K.
En ce qui concerne cwshredder, les téléchargements sont suspendus d'après 01net. Pour sosvirus il est indiqué que la versiion n'est pas supportée par Vista. Il me semble que tout est rentré dans l'ordre dans mon ordi. Qu'en penses-tu ?

Je ne sais même pas avec quoi j'ai viré ces chiffres. C'est sans doute lorsque je suis allé sur Internet Explorer tripoter 2 ou 3 touches. Mais le dernier probleme qui persiste, c'est mon ordinateur qui ne veut plus s'éteindre. Je suis obligé de débrancher le courant pour l'éteindre. Si tu pouvais me donner un dernier tuyau, cela me permettrait de te lacher enfin après 15 jours d'incéssants appels au secours. Tu as fait un boulot extraordinaire et je ne te remercierais jamais assez. Je te souhaite une bonne nuit. Grandpierre

depuis quand tu ne peux plus l'eteindre?

depuis la mise a jour d'un logiciels? l'ajout d'un materiel?
si c'est le cas vire le logiciel ou le materiel en question
et mets a jour tes pilotes de carte video ...

Bonjour jlpjlp. Je suis resté depuis ce matin sans télé, sans téléphone et sans Internet. Ca vient juste de se rétablir.
CA Y EST TOUT EST OK. Je crois que j'avais cliqué sur ds touches du menu Demarrer. Je suis revenu dessus et il semble que tout marche comme sur des roulettes. Tu ne peux pas savoir combien je suis soulagé. Depuis 15 jours j'étais sur les charbons ardents. Si tu ne m'avais pas aidé, je ne sais pas comment je me serais débrouillé. Tu as été fantastique et grace à toi j'ai appris beaucoup de choses. J'ai l'impression que j'ai franchi un cap dans mes connaissances ( minimes ) en informatique. Tous les conseils que tu m'a donnés depuis le début, je les ai imprimés afin de m'y référer si cela se reproduit. Je suis admiratif devant tes connaissances et aussi devant ta patience, car ça doit pas être marrant de devoir tout expliquer à des ignares comme moi. Mon PC s'éteint bien, il n'a plus de virus ni de spywares, ni de je ne sais quoi qui pourri la vie des internautes. LA VIE EST BELLE. MERCI MERCI MERCI que dire de plus. Avec toute ma reconnaissance. Bonjour jlpjlp c'est encore moi. Je n'osais pas encore te déranger et je suis allé sur le forum de Windows, espèrant trouver une solution. Malheureusement ce n'est pas le cas. J'avais été trop vite l'autre jour croyant que tout était réglé. En ce qui concerne les virus, c'est réglé mais un autre probleme est réapparu: mon ordinateur ne s'éteint pas. J'ai essayé diverses solutions que j'ai puisé dans le forum mais aucune n'a donné de résuktat. Je suis obligé à chaque fois d'appuyer longuement sur le bouton de mise en route pour éteindre le PC. Est-ce que tu aurais une solution ? Je suis confus de t'embêter encore mais je ne sais plus comment faire. Je te remercie cordialement. Grandpierre

Bonjour jlpjlp. Tu m'avais demandé de t'envoyer un rapport Hijacket et ComboFix et depuiis tu ne m'as pas répondu. J'espère que tu n'es pas malade. Je suis toujours devant un écran qui ne veut pas s'éteindre et je ne sais plus quoi faire. Grandpierre

Colle le rapport :
Clean permettra de faire du nettoyage et supprimer des fichiers que des anti-virus et anti-spywares n'ont pas pu trouver. Le logiciel est régulièrement mis à jour, vous devrez donc le re-téléchargé pour obtenir une version plus récente.

• Téléchargez clean.zip, décompressez-le sur votre bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), vous obtenez alors un dossier clean
• Démarrez Windows en mode sans échec : Guide pour redémarrer en mode sans échec
• Ouvrez le dossier clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau, et double-cliquez sur clean.cmd, une fenêtre noire va apparaître pendant un instant, laissez la ouverte jusqu'à ce qu'elle se ferme.

Bonsoir jlpjlp.Je ne sais pas si les rapports clean zip et hijack sont valables car ça ne marchait pas tout à fait comme tu disais. Par contre, j'ai constaté une chose: en mode "sans échec" le PC s'est éteint normalement, ce qui n'a pas été le cas après avoir fait Hijack et clean.
Je ne sais pas si cela a un rapport mais, près de l'horloge une icone indique, lorsque je clique dessus: " Programme de démarrage bloqué ".
Lors de ma dernière tentative d'extinction du PC, un encadré est apparu disant: " Le processus d'ouverture n'a pas pu créer de dialogue des options.....¤Echec - Options de sécurité. Je n'ai pas installé récemment de logiciels qui auraient pû être la cause de ce probleme, mais je me demande si le Programme de Démarrage ne serai tpas responsable. J'avais été il y a quelque temps y mettre mon nez et je me demande si je n'aurais pas coché ou décoché une case. Je te remercie. Grandpierre

Bonjour jlpjlp. J'espère que tu as passé de bonners - courtes - vacances. J'ai essayé de joindre quelqu'un sur le site oncernant le PC qui ne s'éteint pas, mais ça n'a pas marché. J'ai donc décidé de tout reformater, car ça fait maintenant un mois que je me fais c.... avec cet ordi et j'en ai ras le bol. Demain je ne suis pas à, mais Mercredi j'efface tout. Si j'avais fait ça plus tôt je me serais moins enquiquiné et j'aurais moins enquiquiné un certain jlpjlp qui a vraiment tout fait pour me dépanner et qui a d'ailleurs réussi car je n'ai plus de virus ni de spywares.
