"Internet Time" tab missing (clock)

Hello,
I have a recurring problem: not only does the Windows XP clock on my brand new PC (less than a week old) show a wrong time (i.e., it is 3 minutes ahead of atomic time), but when I click on it, the "Date and Time Properties" window opens with only two tabs, missing the "Internet Time" tab?! Why? As a result, I can't even synchronize the clock (and yet, I checked in the registry for the WinTime 32 servers and there are 8 of them!!!). Thank you for getting back to me! ;-)
Configuration: Windows XP SP 2, Intel Core Duo 2.33GHz PC, Firefox 2.0.0.8

    Hello,

Check that your PC has not been joined to a domain, which causes the Internet Time tab to disappear.
