Here is the no-code programming method for a roc 240, I hope it will help you: Press the shift button until the light stays on. Then press the on/off button until the device (TV, VCR, etc.) turns off. As soon as it turns off, press the ok button.

I take note of your remote programming procedure   The problem is that I don’t have this type of remote  I don't have a "setup" button  The "on" button is at the top right  However, I have "exit," "menu," "zoom+," "zoom-," and the "play," "stop," "rec," "pause," "rew," "f.fwd" buttons  If that helps. Hello.  I stumbled upon this forum by chance, and I hope one of you can provide me with the code for my remote control. The remote for my VCR is a Thomson VCR/MULTI RC8004MS. In the past, I was able to program it to control my Siemens TV by entering a special code (I think I pressed menu and typed in a number code...). But I’m not even sure of the method anymore, and a move has left me without the documentation :(.  If any of you have that handy, thanks in advance for your help!
