Google Play Services keeps stopping

Hello,

I have a Samsung A 3 smartphone that has been satisfying me so far.

However, for 3 days now, a message appears every 2 seconds:

Google Play Services keeps stopping.

X Close app

Note that I receive emails and texts normally and I never use social networks and rarely Internet.

This message covers part of the screen and blocks me entirely.

Many thanks in advance to the person who would be kind enough to propose a solution to this problem.
