Connection issue or invalid UI code

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy A7, I bought a LEBARA prepaid SIM card for €15, when I try to top it up by making a call, I get the following message: Connection problem or invalid IMEI code

I've looked into it and saw that I needed to set "4G/3G/2G automatic connection," but my phone is already set to that.

If anyone has a solution... Thank you in advance

Same problem for me, scoured the forums to find a solution, the phone is set to 2G/3G/4G auto, and the SIM works perfectly in another phone. Given that I haven't changed any settings for months before the problem occurred, a configuration issue seems unlikely. So here I am at a dead end.

Now when I try again, it says "Not registered on the network" (at the moment of making the call to load my credit).
