Connect a Xiaomi Redmi 9T to a PC

Hello,

Following a repair, I have lost all the data from my Xiaomi Redmi 9T that was on my hard drive. Please tell me how to reload/retrieve them.

    I’m not sure I understand, the data disappeared from the phone, or it works and we want to reconstruct a precautionary backup made on the PC, the method of which we don’t know how it was initially created.

    If this data isn’t on the phone or on the PC, that’s it.

    Otherwise, newer or more sophisticated models allow a direct backup to the PC, but I’m not sure about that one.

    Mi PC Suite should not be compatible:

    The built-in backup on the phone remains, I’m not sure it works to destination a PC, otherwise online to a Google account or a Mi account and the Xiaomi Cloud.
