Hello,

I have Photoshop on a CD that I had installed on a PC with Windows 11 and everything worked well.

I just changed to a new machine, still with Windows 11, and when I tried to install Photoshop, my PC freezes and a window appears.

Does anyone know why and, above all, how to install my software?

I am attaching a screenshot.

    Hello,

    Wouldn’t this be Windows S Mode?

    Who blocks anything that doesn’t come from the Microsoft Store?

    If so, it’s better to leave S Mode

    Otherwise I didn’t see your screenshot, if it’s something else...

    Hello,

    What is "S mode"?

    I installed "NERO" with a CD and it worked well.

    Regarding the capture, I may have done something wrong; I will redo it.
