Hi, how can we select all the files in a PDF folder and convert them back to Word? Thank you.

    Hello,

    You mean PDF files; a PDF folder doesn't exist, even if it's called that, its name can change without any problem, and it then contains .pdf files.

    As for editing PDF files and exporting them to Word, there are plenty of websites and utilities; do a little research yourself:

    Well, the whole point of PDFs is that they are not meant to be modified, just printed.


    And there you go, there it is ....

    But damn, those line spacings are such a pain!!

    Indeed, there is little interest unless one wants to modify the files before saving them as PDFs, which is unlikely to be needed in bulk.

    Some online sites claim to do this with inherent disadvantages: confidentiality, limitations on number and size, and as mentioned before, a probable failure to convert "images" (scanned PDFs) and the necessity to individually review the Word layout of enriched PDFs (tables...).

    Most paid PDF editors have this functionality (Acrobat Pro, Smallpdf, PDFelement...).

    The only free and local option that avoids limitations on number and size seems to be a LibreOffice script, see for example here:
