Hello,

I bought an SSD and formatted it before using it.

It is exFAT.

I downloaded some files but when I click on it to see the files, the folder doesn't appear, it's empty.

Even though I correctly downloaded the files inside, what could be the problem, please?

    Hello,

    Take a screenshot with CrystalDiskInfo, if it recognizes the SSD.

    If it doesn't recognize it at all, there's no point.

    Format it to NTFS (For Windows)

    Then test it with H2testw to gather evidence that this SSD is a scam, a fake, if that is indeed the case.
