Create a shortcut on Android screen

Hello,
I want to create a shortcut on my home screen for the function to hide or not my caller ID.
Before, I had the app "HIDDEN call" that allowed me to do this with a shortcut on the home page, but I realized that my number was not always hidden.
So now I go through the phone app, settings, additional services, caller ID display.
I would like to create a shortcut that takes me directly to this last action: "caller ID display."
I tried to create a shortcut with the shortcut creator app, but I couldn't find the link to my desired action.
Does anyone have an idea?
Thanks in advance
Best regards

Proposed Solutions:
1. USSD Codes (the simplest)
Hide: *31#
Show: #31#
Use with "Activity Launcher" or "QuickShortcutMaker"
2. Tasker (paid)
Allows for advanced custom shortcuts
3. Settings Shortcuts (free)
Creates direct shortcuts to Android menus
4. Activity Widgets (built-in Android)
Long press → Widgets → Activities
Search for "Phone" or "Call settings"
