Hello,

I hope you are doing well. I need your help; I cleaned the drums of my Canon IRC2380i, and after putting it back together, it shows an error code E000990-0000. I really need assistance, please.

Hello and welcome!

Perhaps this can help you:

  1. Check the used ink recovery mechanism among other gears.
  2. Make sure the drum is properly installed.
  3. Check and clean the used ink sensor PS12 thoroughly.

You might want to try reinstalling the drums...
