How to fix audio delay on my TV?

I have a new TCL television and the sound doesn't match the lip movements. In the sound settings, there's a section called "audio delay," but I'm just guessing and can't find the right setting. Can someone help me?

    With the television, do you also have a soundbar?... There is a solution with this link.
