Hello,
If you want to inspect for unwanted elements with RegRun Reanimator, download it from the official website
https://greatis.com/security/reanimator.html
Click on Fix Problems and then on Fix Malware Issues
Be careful, it detects dubious elements, sometimes good, sometimes bad, and sometimes important as well; it is essential to sort them out, through deductions or Internet research and/or VirusTotal* analysis of executable files or drivers, to only remove viruses or unnecessary items.
* https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload
There are tabs at the top to see different types of items.
It shows details such as types, names, and locations of files, etc., which often serve as concrete clues.
Whether an item is marked in red (Often bad), yellow or blue (Unknown?) or green (probably harmless), it is the user who must judge the relevance of what is detected.
You can use right-click > Copy to Clipboard to copy the detection text. (This helps in research)
Check the items to delete and not the others, and click the red button to delete them, and confirm, continue by clicking Next to check in all the tabs where detected elements are.
Then to Finish!, if necessary, click the "Restart is Required" button to reboot Windows.
If it does not show what you want to detect, to refine your search, use Filter Set or Inspection Mode and Filter Set and choose "Display All but Exclude Signed by Microsoft/Google/Greatis"
Or by closing the first Reanimator window via the X at the top right, and the Reanimator tab > Anti Spyware Full Check...
Or Online Multi-Antivirus Scan
Note: Only one active resident antivirus to avoid conflicts.
Make sure that only one runs at all times.
RegRun Reanimator is not an antivirus, but a tool against viruses.
PS:
If you want to reset Firefox
Backup your bookmarks via history, Import and Backup < Important
Download the Firefox setup, https://www.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/all/
Uninstall it, then in your Windows start menu search bar, type %AppData%
Rename the Mozilla folder > Mozilla.OLD (Backup to be deleted later)
In the Windows start menu search bar, type %LocalAppData%
Delete the Mozilla folder
Reinstall Firefox, import the bookmarks.
Hello @Dunky_dude StatusMember.
Download FRST.
Once downloaded save FRST on the desktop then right-click on FRST and select Run as administrator which will look like this:

Wait for the message the tool is ready to operate to appear then click on Analyze
Warning, wait for the messages saying that the analysis is complete to appear.

At the end of the analysis the two reports FRST and Addition will be on the desktop.

Send the FRST and ADDITION reports to cjoint.com or to https://pjjoint.malekal.com/.
Then attach the two links generated by https://www.cjoint.com/ or https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ in your reply.
