    What's the model number?
    Ex: ET-4800, XP-245, WF-4740, DS-560, etc...

    Operating system --> Windows 10 or 11?

    Download this --> Epson Software updater

    Connect the printer to the PC using the USB cable
    Turn on the printer
    Run --> epson661623eu.exe
    Follow the instructions.
