Canon MG 3600 not printing

Hello,

my Canon Pixma MG 3600 printer is not printing anymore, there are two orange lights; one indicating the letter b and the other a triangle with an exclamation point; the cartridges are new. Do you have any advice? Thank you.

    Hello.

    B for black is the black cartridge that is causing the problem; check if it is correctly installed. If it is a cartridge that is not from the Canon brand, the issue may come from the chip on the black cartridge that is not being recognized properly.
