All our devices banned from Snapchat with error SS06, help

Hello everyone,

I would like to share with you an extremely frustrating and unfair situation that my family and I have experienced with Snapchat. For several days, all our Snapchat accounts have been suspended without any valid explanation. We have always followed the platform's rules, never posting inappropriate content or violating the terms of service. Yet, all our accounts have been blocked simultaneously, and we consistently receive the SS06 error when trying to log in, indicating that all our devices have been banned. I believe Snapchat has also banned our IP address, as we can't even create new accounts, even with new devices.

What’s even more incomprehensible is that, despite our repeated attempts to contact Snapchat support, we have only received automated responses that only exacerbate our frustration. It is clear that our problem is not being taken seriously. Each time we try to get a solution, we are redirected to a request form or a FAQ page, with no real or personalized response. We feel completely ignored.

On top of that, Snapchat continues to charge us for our Snapchat Plus subscription, even though we no longer have access to any of our accounts. We are paying for a service we cannot use, which is not only unfair but also illegal. We have contacted support multiple times, but no concrete action has been taken.

This situation has become intolerable, and we feel that Snapchat is mocking us. We are unable to access our account, even though we have always used the platform responsibly. We are ready to take all necessary measures to obtain a solution, including considering legal action for violation of our consumer rights and abuse of power.

I am looking for advice or leads to obtain a real response from Snapchat. If you have ever encountered a similar problem or have suggestions on how to put pressure on the platform, I would greatly appreciate it. If no quick solution is found, we will be forced to file a complaint and report this situation to the relevant authorities.
