snapchat ban Solved

Hello,
let me explain my situation: I had two Snapchat accounts, a main personal one (my real one) and a secondary public account which got banned. When I realized it was banned, I made the mistake of trying to log into my personal account, which then got banned as well. I can no longer create an account; I have already asked friends to create a new account for me with a new email, etc... Every time I log in with my phone, bam, banned permanently too. By the way, I should mention that the account for which I got banned doesn't even exist anymore, it's untraceable, hence my question: is my personal account really permanently banned for good since the snap is still findable, it still exists, and I managed to log in a few times before getting logged out (I've been unable to log in for 5 days now). Also, would changing phones be a solution for me to recreate a Snapchat account as I've seen on some forums? Or would the fact that I keep the same Apple account mean that I would still be unable to recreate one?

I was also asking if changing phones could be a solution to recreate an account :) because it's an investment and on the other forums I consulted, it wasn't really clear.

Hello,

I had exactly the same problem and situation, and I managed to solve it; now my account is working fine.

So what you need to do is log into Snap, enable notifications, go to settings, clear the cache, and then don't log back into the Snap app for about 20 hours (it took me about 20 hours).

Bonus: To make sure it worked, between 15 hours of waiting and 20 hours, you might start receiving notifications from your friends on Snap, or else ask them through another app like Insta to send you a Snap to see if you get the notification.

(Or if you don't have friends) Create a new account on another device and send yourself red, blue, or purple snaps to the banned original account.
