Time zone differences between Google Calendar and Outlook

Hello everyone,

I have a little issue with the synchronization of my calendars. I always combine my work and personal calendar in Google Calendar (easier to track on my Android smartphone) and there is a time discrepancy.

For example, on Wednesday, I have an appointment at 2:15 PM on my work calendar (visible via Outlook, for instance) that appears at 4:15 PM on Google Calendar.

What should I do to solve this problem? Thank you for your help.

    Hello

Of course, it depends on which Outlook you are referring to...
Either: https://outlook.live.com, or MS Outlook (from the Office suite), or Outlook (New) from Windows.

The calendars are set to the time zone of your choice. You need to ensure that the one in Google is the same as your Outlook.

For Google, on https://calendar.google.com/ you need to go to Settings (Gear icon), "Settings", "Time zone" section, check your primary time zone, and uncheck "Show secondary time zone".

On https://outlook.live.com, Gear icon, "Settings", "Calendar", further down "Time Zone", choose the same time zone as in Google, do not add a time zone.

On MS Outlook, "File", "Options", "Calendar", further down "Time Zone", choose the same time zone as Google.

On Outlook (new), Gear icon, "Calendar", further down "Time Zone", the same as Google, do not "Add time zone".

    See you later
