Song download issue on Smule

Good evening,

I just downloaded a song on Smule to create a duet, I uploaded the music and the lyrics and I'm at the distribution stage. I did it correctly, but when I click on the arrow to move to the next step, the synchronization of the lyrics and the music, nothing happens; there's a crossed circle on the arrow and I can't proceed.
Do you know how to fix this? I've wasted a lot of time on this, and I'm not very tech-savvy either. Thank you in advance for your help.
