Desjardins App not working anymore

Hello, since yesterday I have been unable to use the Desjardins mobile app. I have a Samsung Android. I can access it through the browser. When I log in, the page changes and it says loading, but it just keeps spinning and never completes. I have restarted my phone and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but there’s no change. This app has always worked well.
