Hello,

I have a kids smart watch and I can't get the registration code. Indeed, when I click on the registration code on the watch, I get a message saying that the registration code was not obtained and I don't know what to do. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,

I have the same problem, for the watch the registration code not obtained on the watch screen, but I do have the network, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, still the same issue. Can someone help me.

Hello,

I eventually managed to sort out the problem with Gemini as well. Several parameters to take into account:

- put the SIM card in a phone and remove the PIN code

- the watch needs to be charged to at least half

- the SIM card may not connect to the network, you need to send it codes via SMS to set it up (codes provided by Gemini)

Normally, there is an app on the watch called "registration code" which should generate the famous QR code.

In short, not very intuitive at all, one wonders why this code isn't simply marked on the watch or why the instructions aren't clearer!!
