Hello,

This message is a call to users of SAMSUNG TVs associated with the new UHD TV decoder from ORANGE.

Is this TV decoder (model: TDIW385 brand SAGEMCOM) recognized by your SAMSUNG TV, can you control this ORANGE decoder with the SAMSUNG remote?

For my part: this decoder is not recognized by the SAMSUNG TV (QE 55 S95). ORANGE refers me to SAMSUNG who then refer me back to ORANGE.

Your responses will provide me with elements to go back to these ping pong players.
