Unable to install Photobox - apc.exe error

Hello

My Photobox software crashed suddenly, and now every time I try to launch it, I get an error message saying "apc.exe - An error occurred in the application"

with a window asking me to "close application"

I completely uninstalled it, cleaned the registries with CCleaner, restarted, but nothing works, I can't reinstall it...

    Good evening,

    Look in the Windows Event Viewer under Windows Logs then Applications

    Are there any relevant details perhaps?
