Search TV Movie M6 90/2000

Hello,
It's been a few years since I've been looking for two TV movies without success.
Before I give you some details about myself, I was born in 1989, so I grew up with TV films from M6 / TF1, etc.
The two TV movies I'm looking for, I think they were on M6, but I'm not 100% sure.
The first one:
It's a dramatic TV movie where we follow a group of completely lost teenagers living in a house.
In the movie, there's a kid or a girl with a shaved head and blue eyes; they are somewhat the leader of the group, and I remember that the title of the movie is ".... has blue eyes" but I can't recall the beginning of the title.
I remember that at the end of the movie, they are being chased by adults because they stole something from them.
It seems to me that the ending takes place in a construction building, one of the adults pushes the kid/girl with blue eyes against a wall, and then they slowly fall against the wall and we see a trace of blood, we understand that they have been killed...(Yes, yes, it's not a cheerful film).
That's all the memories I have regarding the TV movie. (But it left an impression on me)
The second one:
It is a disaster movie.
The movie takes place during the Christmas holidays, we follow a mother with her daughter in a car.
There is a lot of traffic, and suddenly a big accident happens!
A truck with a gas tank skids on the road and crushes several cars.
We follow the firefighters trying to save the little girl trapped in the car against the dashboard.
Except that an electric pole is threatening to fall, as well as to set the gasoline on fire.
That's the only memory I have for this one.
