Need help: unable to create an account

Hello everyone,

Recently, I wanted to sign up for Twitter again, but big problem: I simply can't. Each time I try, I get the same message: "Error - Unable to complete your registration at this time."

I've tried everything: changing browsers, using incognito mode, clearing the cache, trying with several email addresses that are absolutely not linked to any Twitter account...

In short, honestly, besides a problem coming directly from Twitter, I don't see what the issue could be. I'm with Orange, so maybe it's the ISP causing the problem? I don't think so, but I don't see what else it could be, if it's not that.

If anyone has a solution, I would be very grateful, even if it's just to know whether I'm the only one having this issue, or if it's a global problem and we just have to wait.
