I’m trying to find the cause of a significant slowdown of my PC and CCleaner tells me: you are not connected error 91613,

yet I am connected to the internet, so what should I do please.

    I don't know where this error comes from, but I think Ccleaner won't help much in case of significant slowdowns; it could even be harmful...

    Rather, take a look at these tips, which are also valid for W 11

    The slowdown could also be due to a virus...

      Hello,

      Ccleaner is indeed not a tool dedicated to this task (by the way, what is it dedicated to?), not to mention that running it not on demand but in the background illustrates the Heisenberg principle since this execution itself may consume resources when they are scarce.
