How to display the hand in Audacity

Hello, I can’t figure out how to display the hand to move a track. I have to right-click then "cut and splice" each time, which makes the track disappear and then I have to Ctrl+Z to restore it, and only at that moment can I grab my track and move it.
I assume there is a shortcut but I haven’t found it.

Hello,
Using the "Move Audio" tool (or "Time Shift Tool"): In Audacity, you can enable this tool by pressing the F5 shortcut. This allows you to click and drag the audio track directly to move it on the timeline without going through "cut and splice".
Return to the normal selection tool: Once the move is finished, you can return to the classic selection tool by pressing F1.
