Advanced integration issues with Internet Download Manager

Hello, when I try to check the advanced integration box in the idman settings, a window appears telling me that Internet Download Manager cannot enable its integration in the browsers because an important Windows update is missing on your device. Please help me!

    Which Windows OS are you using for IDM (Internet Download Manager) and which Internet browser?

       A critical update for Windows is missing on your device.

      Your PC is using Windows 7, which has been discontinued by Microsoft. Technical support and security updates ended in January 2020.

      The best option would be to install Windows 10 from a USB drive by downloading its ISO... https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10
