Error after installing the game My Horse and Me

Hello everyone,

I would like to get the game My Horse and Me (from 2007) for my partner's laptop which runs on Windows 11.

I followed all the installation procedures, the downloaded game files are correctly in Program Files, and I followed some advice online that indicated to open the .bat file that opens the command prompt.

A mistake was often displayed, here it is in a screenshot

    Hello,

    If the game in question is compatible with Windows 11, an "anti-piracy" security measure for games of that era involved checking that they were launched from the CD.

    Either there is a "patch" available on the site where you downloaded it to fool the system, or you can try copying all the files into an ISO that you mount in Windows 11 and launch the game from there, since that ISO will be considered as a CD, or you can do without it...
