Hello,
I was charged by Bouygues Telecom because supposedly I made a purchase on PlayStation, even though I made 0 purchases, and I don't have a Sony console at home, so I have no interest in buying PlayStation Network services. I called Bouygues Telecom, and they told me that they couldn't do anything on their end and that I needed to contact Sony, so I contacted them this morning to explain the problem. They told me that they also couldn't do anything and advised me to call Boku. I called them and was on hold for an eternity; once it was my turn, they told me that the service was unavailable and that I should call back later. I called several times, but I always got the same response from the robot.
I would like to know how I should proceed, please, because it's still 87 euros.
