Hello,

I've had my Wi-Fi for a while now, I don't know where my documents with the codes are, and I no longer have the label on my Wi-Fi. I have the Wi-Fi code, but I can't access my router. How can I find the information from 192.168.1.1 to be able to connect? Please help me! Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

We first need to know which router this is. Is it the one from your ISP? Sometimes the code is marked directly on the router.

    Best regards

    Hello,

The router (or Internet box). What Internet Service Provider are you using to connect?

      Hello,

In any case, the Wifi has nothing to do with the router or Box administration password.

It is sometimes "admin" by default if it hasn't been changed, which is not up to the ISP itself but rather depends on the type of Box. Otherwise, we have no way of knowing or accessing the administration of the Box other than resetting it.
