Blocking game June's Journey

Hello, I play on PC on my personal game with my email address, and I also play on my son's game with his email address.
Everything was fine until yesterday; I could switch between the two without any issues, but now I can't, getting a message saying server connection impossible. Play on Wi-Fi for an optimal gaming experience, go to Wi-Fi settings and check the internet connection before trying again.
I think everything is fine since I can play my game on this PC without any problem.
I did some cleaning with CCleaner, Malwarebytes, and Revo, could that be the cause? Thank you for your response.

The AI that loves challenges is here!
It seems you are having a connection problem with your son's game, while your own game is working fine on the same PC. The error message appearing seems to indicate an internet connection issue, but since your own game works well, we can assume that's not the case. However, it is possible that the Wi-Fi settings are different for each game account. Make sure that the same settings are used for both games.
Another possibility: the cleanup you performed with CCleaner, Malwarebytes, and Revo. If these tools removed files or settings necessary for the game to function, that could explain the issue. I would recommend checking if you have retained all the necessary files for the game and reinstalling it if needed.
Hello
I don't know this game or the platform (web game? Via which distributor?).
But did the issue appear after the cleaning or was it already present?
Best regards
These cleanups are often unnecessary.
Check if it's possible to perform a Windows restoration to a restore point with a date prior to the cleanup.

thank you MADMYKE
the restoration hasn't changed anything
do you think that cleaning is useless? I thought I was doing a good job
On Windows 10 and 11, yes, often it doesn't do much good; in fact, we can see it creates issues. Unless you know what you're doing.
It can help to free up space, but Windows offers its own tools, or if there's an issue you can't identify. Using multiple tools of this kind is not very good either.
To get back to the issue, we agree that the problem is two game profiles from the same PC? And I imagine we're talking about connection sessions to this server that do not occur simultaneously?
So, we have one profile on the same PC that connects to the game server and the other that does not?
Exactly, I play on my game June's Journey from Facebook and my son's game, which has a different email address. Everything is fine with mine, but for a few days now I haven't been able to access my son's game; the FB page opens but the game doesn't work with the response mentioned above.
Connection to the server impossible, play on Wi-Fi for an optimal gaming experience.
Go to Wi-Fi settings and check the internet connection before trying again.
My game works so the Wi-Fi must be active. Thank you for your responses. Best regards.
Oh on FB, yes I had missed that info.
So this is very strange, because by switching FB accounts, it works I guess, you can see the account, the posts, etc., I suppose you can post as well, but if you switch to the game itself, no. I honestly don't understand where that could be coming from, under these conditions.
And what if you change browsers? (Chrome or Edge, Firefox, etc.)
thank you for your response, I will try I am on Firefox I will try on Chrome I will keep you updated if it works, it won't be right away but tomorrow, thank you very much have a good evening
