My account has been blocked since May 2, 2024.

Message from Facebook: We noticed unusual activity on your account. This may mean that someone has accessed your account without your knowledge.

You need to upload your ID to recover the account, which I have done, good size, black background, etc. but after several uploads I receive a message that says:

An error occurred!

To prevent misuse of Facebook, we limit the number of times you can perform certain actions. Please try again later.

It's been a month, I've tried with my driver's license, insurance card, etc.

Nothing works, always the same message.

What's next?

I manage several professional client pages with my Facebook account, and now I can't.

How can I directly contact someone from Facebook?

Thank you for your help.

    Thank you for your message.

So the difference is that I don't have a message saying my account is disabled but rather blocked:

David, your account has been blocked

We have noticed unusual activity on your account. This may mean that someone has used your account without your knowledge.

I cannot access the forms; I always end up on my blocked page:

When I follow the steps, I get this result:

I know that here we know that by heart, it's always the same messages and the same screenshots. I only gave you one example of an online copy because that wasn't the main thing to remember from my response that you should re-read.

      Hello,

The answer is in the text, so you'll need to be patient and try again and wait for Facebook to lift this block, and as for the rest, we are unable to know the exact duration of this block here on CCM; in this area, Facebook does as it pleases.

What's funny is that on the mobile FB app version, my notifications (132) update regularly, as if I was always logged in.

Is there another way to access Facebook professional pages from the desktop?

From my mobile with the Meta Business Suite, I can access it from my Instagram account.

On your computer, clear the cache of your internet browser or try with a different browser.

    Hello.

How to contact a Facebook person directly?

For regular users outside of the online forms that you apparently have already used, there is no other way to contact Facebook.

On the forum, there are already hundreds of messages similar to yours; if you read them, you will realize that in many cases it ends with the loss of the account since Facebook is the only one that can resolve this issue and there is no direct way to contact them.

There is no other solution than the forms that Facebook asked you to fill out, as I mentioned before since you won't be able to contact Facebook directly and only Facebook can resolve this kind of issue. If the procedures are unsuccessful, it often results in account loss; unfortunately, you won't be the first or the last one to experience this.

In some cases, it resolves itself without any explanation.

        Thank you for your help.

So, none of the Facebook business pages for which I am an admin are accessible anymore?
