Hello,

Recently, when connecting with the Cyberghost VPN, I was alerted by Malwarebytes that one of the Cyberghost files 'dashboard.exe' has been blocked.

And the message appears every time I connect with the VPN!

Is it a dangerous file? Given that both scans I performed with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes indicated that there is nothing suspicious in my system.

Thank you in advance.

    Hello @Renard-91- StatusMember.

This file, which belongs to Cyberghost, is not normally dangerous; you can check this file located in the Cyberghost installation folder by analyzing it on VirusTotal where it will be scanned by several dozen antivirus programs.

The "Virus Total" site detected nothing wrong with the file, so I suppose Malwarebytes is getting worked up for no reason after all.

Thanks for your response, so I'm marking the topic as "Resolved".
