Hello, the menu button of my IP8G TV is stuck, can you please help me unlock it? So that I can restore the images. Thank you.

To be able to display the menu, turn the TV off, reboot it, and quickly type the code 4567. A blue menu will appear, and there you will see at the bottom "keyboard disabled." You need to activate it, and the menu will be functional.
