Sharp Aquos TV multifunction button stuck on the left

Hello,

I have a similar problem but in reverse. My Sharp TV lowers the volume by itself. It's as if the multifunction button is stuck to the left because in the other menus, the selections move to the left. The indicator button in front is flashing. Anyway, I don't know what to do.

Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 15.4

    Otherwise, is this television still under warranty or not?

    Thank you for your response.
    I have already performed the reset from the TV menu. But it still does the same thing.
    And unfortunately, the television is no longer under warranty.
    I think I will have to pay for the repair of the multifunction button.

    Well, now the multifunction button is stuck upwards.
    Not under warranty, so unless someone has a solution, I’m going to try dismantling it and see what's hiding behind this famous button.
