Pokémon that won't obey... What to do?

Hello. I'm playing Pokémon Arceus and a friend traded me a level 100 Pokémon. It doesn’t obey me. Considering I just started the game. Could someone explain that to me, please? iPhone / Safari 16.6

    Hello, in order for a level 100 Pokémon to obey you, you must reach the rank of 7-star Member of the Galaxy Team.

    In all Pokémon games, there is a system in place to prevent overly strong Pokémon from obeying you right from the start of the game, as it would make the adventure far too easy. Pokémon will obey you up to a certain level that depends on your progress in the game.

    For Pokémon Legends: Arceus, here is the maximum obedience level for each rank:

    1-star Member -> Level 20
    2-star Member -> Level 30
    3-star Member -> Level 40
    4-star Member -> Level 50
    5-star Member -> Level 65
    6-star Member -> Level 80
    7-star Member (and beyond) -> Level 100
