Bus column defect on URMET intercom

Hello,

We have an URMET intercom that is triggering an alarm with a beep: COLUMN BUS fault.

It cannot be removed, even if we cut the main electricity; we can still open the door with the badge and the code but cannot call anyone in the building (6 apartments).

What should we do? We have access to all the settings, and we are afraid of performing a factory reset.

Thank you for your help.
Christophe

(I restored your message because it provides additional information to my simple suggestion, so it might as well benefit from it :-) Have a nice day).

        Hello madmyke,

Having seen your response after posting, I thought that mine was redundant. I trust your judgment.

        Best regards
