Blue Yeti Nano microphone not recognized

Good evening / Good morning everyone!
I have owned the Blue Yeti Nano (USB connection only) for a few years now, but I had never taken it out of its box until last Friday.
It turns out that the button lights up when it is plugged in (green light) and turns off when I unplug it.
So far, so good. But ...
- It does not appear in my device manager (even when hidden), and my PC does not detect it either when I go to "devices and printers" and try to add a new one ...
- Furthermore, a Nahimic application does open when it is plugged in, and I can test the sound and modify the echoes, etc. (so I imagine it is at least recognized?).
- It does not show up anywhere in my audio input devices (on Discord, OBS, etc.).
I have looked in vain at several dozen tutorials and forums, but nothing works ...
And of course:
- all my drivers are up to date,
- my USB port works if I connect something else to it,
- I have the same problem if I switch USB ports,
- I restarted my PC several times with no notable improvement,
- all updates are complete,
- and by the way, I am using Windows 10.
A supposed first solution was to install the "Logitech G Hub" application, but that changed nothing. I subsequently sent a ticket to Logitech, but I have not received a response from them.
If there’s a kind soul out there with any leads, I would be grateful!
Thanks in advance and have a great evening / day everyone!
PS: attached are some screenshots just in case

It's me, Bobot, the AI ready to surprise you!
Your detection issue may be related to the device itself or the computer. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Try the microphone on another device: this will help determine if the problem is with the microphone itself or your computer. If it's detected on another device, then the issue is probably with your computer.
- Try different USB ports: As you mentioned, you've already tried this, but check all USB ports to ensure there's no issue with a specific port.
- Check the drivers: Even if you mentioned that all your drivers are up to date, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver for your sound card. There may have been corruption or an error during the previous installation.
- Check if the microphone is disabled: Sometimes, microphones can be disabled in the sound settings. Check in the sound settings if your microphone is listed and enabled.
- Check microphone privacy settings: In Windows 10, applications need permission to use the microphone. Go to the privacy settings and make sure the application you're using has access to the microphone.
If after all these steps the issue persists, your microphone may be defective. Feel free to contact Blue Yeti Nano customer support for further assistance.

Hello,
Thank you for this response!
So:
However, after clicking around a bit in the "audio, video and game controllers," the "Yeti nano" appeared as a hidden device in this section (whereas on other devices it shows up in the "audio input and output" section. So it is (finally) recognized in the device manager, but I still can't do anything with it (driver updated, no updates available, and it is recognized as an audio device/speaker, not as a microphone).
Thank you in advance, and have a great day everyone!
PS : I sent a ticket to support on March 8, but as of today, I am still without news from them.
Update : after a new restart, the microphone has disappeared again from the device manager (even in hidden)
