Instagram Login "Please wait a few minutes"

Hello,

Since the Meta bug yesterday (03/05/2024), I can no longer log into my Instagram account at all. I keep getting the message, "Please wait a few minutes before trying again." I think it's because I tried to log in too many times yesterday on the app. My account is still active (I checked with someone else's profile).

My question (and my anxiety) is: is it true that everything goes back to normal after 24/48 hours? Or should I start considering that it's over for accessing my account again?

If this has happened to someone, I would appreciate a little help, please.

Hello,

Normally, it comes back after several days, but by stopping any attempts, so we don't touch anything and we wait.
