EPSON printer paused on Mac

Hello,

My EPSON Workforce WF-3620 printer is not printing anymore. Here is what I receive from my Mac after trying to start the print:

- a window saying "this printer has been paused" - when I click on "resume printing," nothing happens

- I checked the settings in "printers and scanners" and "options and supplies," nothing to report except that it is indeed marked as paused

- in the printer's job list window, it says "encryption data has expired"

I want to clarify that the printer is properly connected to the computer via wifi and it powers on correctly.

    Hello!

    Have you tried reinstalling the printer?
