Hello, I purchased a universal remote ACCSUP to replace the damaged one from a MEZZO DVD model SL5810M2DX. Unfortunately, my device does not appear in the extensive list of codes for configuring this remote.

Would you be able to provide me with the solution to activate this configuration?

    What is the exact reference of this new remote control?

    Normally, there is a procedure for searching for the corresponding code on universal remotes, so check with that feature if the code is not listed.

    Note that a long list of DVD models is included in the packaging of my purchase, but the brand MEZZO is not listed.
