Unable to create my password free new customer

Hello, as a new customer at Free I have my subscriber number but I can't create my password, what should I do? Thank you, and I would like to decrease the letters of my email, it's too big.

Hello,

If you were given a subscriber number, there should have been a procedure to create the password, or a temporary password.

Try going through the forgot password option: https://subscribe.free.fr/login/

Hello,

When you subscribed to Free, you must have received:

  • a subscriber number starting with fbx
  • and a password.

You can change this password later.
I don't know how you received this (email or mail). For me, it was by mail.
This identifier and password allow you to access all services related to your box by logging into portail.free.fr. They are the most important.

If it is this password that you are missing, you can go through the "Forgot password" procedure. You will receive an email at the contact address to reset it.
I don't know if you have set a contact address or if it's your Free address. (It's better if the contact address is not with Free).
