Hello,
I received a Klipad KL2108NBE notebook and I have lost the password.
How can I factory reset it knowing that it's not a tablet but a notebook?
How can I access the BIOS to possibly change the OS?

Hello,
You need to check with the manufacturer's official support:
To perform a reset, you must hold the ON/OFF button for 15 seconds.
The same applies if the update performed does not restart your device; you need to initiate a reset.
Can you no longer access the Windows tablet due to forgetting your password?

Received in what way? There was no password or PIN code set if it was new when you "received" it! If it was given or sold to you, ask the person who provided it to you. If they don’t know it or claim they forgot it, you know what that means...
It's rather suspicious. No way to verify the good faith of the requester.
