Session disconnected

Hello,

I can't log into my ANTS account on my desktop, not even with France Connect. It says "session disconnected" in the top right corner.

Thank you for your help. I've been searching since yesterday and haven't found any solutions.

After months of wandering, I have just found a solution that works.

The problem was an immediately disconnected ANTS session and even an E000000 error with France Connect.

And indeed, with other devices such as Smartphones (Android), Tablets (iOS), and other PCs (Windows), everything worked perfectly, both ANTS and France Connect.

For me, it was a problem of synchronization of the Windows clock (10-64 bits) out of step with the internet time used for ANTS and France Connect authentication.

The time on your device must be synchronized to the exact second with this clock.

https://time.is/

You can find a button to synchronize with the internet in the Windows settings, Date and Time.

If that doesn't work, an incorrect clock is often due to a dead CMOS battery on the motherboard, so it needs to be replaced.

Be careful, if you don't know your machine some BIOS settings may be reset to zero when replacing this flat battery. It’s not serious in itself, but you will need to know what your settings were before the replacement.

So for me:

1 - First synchronization of the Windows clock - IT DID NOT WORK

2 - Battery replacement - IT DID NOT WORK

3 - Second synchronization of the Windows clock (with new battery) - MIRACLE! - EVERYTHING WORKS

Hang in there... ; )

hi

I "skimmed" through 2-3 messages on this page ==> click here and I think the problem comes from Ants

Hello,

No, I just tested it through France Connect and Taxes, I can log in without any issues.

Perhaps it's a block of cookies or scripts in the browser.

Thank you for your response.

I still can't do it...

As I illustrated in <2>, it works for me, Firefox on Windows 11 once I've allowed Cookies and made sure not to be blocked by NoScript.

While you keep insisting that you can't get it to work, that might continue unless you specify what you've tried to modify and which operating system and browser you're using to connect, any security software (including a VPN?) that might help us figure out what could be causing the issue.

hi Brucine,

I also read that it could come from the browser (outdated) for example?

I doubt it is outdated, unless using something very old or really exotic, which wouldn't be the case with ANTS (for example, an old version of IE on XP or Windows 7 might break pretty much everything).

There was a time when the administration only recognized Internet Explorer, but times have changed, and I suppose there shouldn't be a problem with at least the main "market" browsers.

Besides unaccepted cookies or a script being blocked by an ad blocker or a script blocker, the cache can also be invoked; close the browser, clear it, and try again.
