Bitdefender: Disinfecting in Progress

Hello,

I have Bitdefender Total Security.

My PC has been scanned without any viruses.

However, it constantly alerts me:

- malicious behavior blocked

- disinfecting in progress

From Bitdefender, they tell me:

This seems to be a case of detection by machine learning, but I have never seen such a detection to date

Can someone help me???

    Hello,

    I have the same AV. The report of malicious behavior(s) is just information provided by BitDefender.

    Nothing suspicious. The application is doing its job in the background.

    Okay, thank you for your response, but how do I put an end to this report that keeps happening?

    Hello @daniel22 StatusMember.

    Download FRST.

    Once downloaded, save it on the desktop and then right-click on FRST and choose Run as administrator, you will see this:

    Wait for the message the tool is ready to operate to appear, then click Analyze

    Warning, wait for the messages stating that the analysis is completed to appear.

    At the end of the analysis you will have two text files on the desktop: FRST and Addition.

    Then send the FRST and ADDITION reports to https://www.cjoint.com/ and then provide the two links generated by https://www.cjoint.com/ in your response.
