Www.facebook.com has redirected you too many times

Hello,

Connecting via my Windows PC to one of my FB accounts is impossible "www.facebook.com redirected you too many times."

I deleted the cookies, cleared the browsing history on Google and Edge, my only two internet browsers. I erased the cookies in the internet options through the control panel, I attempted a connection that failed, I deleted my two search engines and then reinstalled them, tried logging into my FB account but it failed. I turned off the PC and my router but it still failed.

I am able to log into both of my Facebook accounts on my phone. I can log into only one of my accounts on my PC.

I checked the SSL via internet options "connections" but when clicking on view status "the content has been cleared."

Do you have any suggestions please? Thank you very much.
