Yanwen delivery pickup point not found

Hello, I am tracking my package on Amazon and it indicates that my package is at a pickup point with the carrier. And that I have to pick it up myself.

However, I have no way of knowing where this pickup point is or even how to contact the carrier.

I searched the Amazon website and found nothing. I know that the company Yanwen delivered it to me but it’s impossible to contact them.

Can anyone help me?
