Hello, I placed an order on 12/13/2023 for express delivery. So I was supposed to receive it normally within 4 to 7 business days. Since 12/19, the tracking has remained unchanged with NDA Received, PARIS VALDWAZ PROVINCE. I went to the post office this morning to find out where my package was so I could pick it up myself if it was stuck in the warehouse, but they have no information about it and even tell me that it is probably not yet in France. How can I retrieve it please? I am traveling and I urgently need it, I plead you.

Let's clarify that we have no extraordinary powers to speed up delivery.
Where does this package come from? Who is the original carrier? Shein?
Paris Valedwaz means (in small Chinese) Paris Val d'Oise, certainly Roissy.
It is likely that the package is waiting for customs clearance. At the end of the year, there is a huge backlog, it's at a standstill.
No possibility of coming on site to pick up anything (A needle in a haystack..).
